Refund Policy

**Interim notice — pending legal review.**

There are two separate things people mean by a refund here, and they are not
the same.

## Wisecsite refunding you, the client

- **Subscriptions** — cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your plan runs to
the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not refund part of a
period you have used.
- **Paid modules** — if a module does not work as described and we cannot fix
it, we refund it.
- **Custom build fees** — charged in stages and non-refundable once a stage is
delivered, because the work is specific to you.

If you are an individual buying outside a business, statutory cancellation
rights apply on top of the above and are not reduced by anything here.

## A shopper refunding a purchase from a storefront

That is between the shopper and the merchant who runs the storefront. Wisecsite
is the platform operator, not the seller, and is not a party to it. Each
storefront publishes its own returns and refund terms.

Two practical points merchants should note: cryptocurrency payments cannot be
reversed, so a refund is a fresh payment at a different rate; and payments
confirmed manually against a bank or mobile-money reference have no gateway to
reverse.
